九州⼤学応⽤⼒学研究所ではこの度、教員を下記の通り公募することになりました。つきましては 、

１． 公募人員：教授あるいは准教授 １名

２．雇⽤期間：任期なし、試⽤期間あり（3 ヶ月）

３．所属部門：九州⼤学応⽤⼒学研究所 再生可能流体エネルギー研究センター(REC)

４．勤務地：九州⼤学筑紫キャンパス（福岡県春日市春日公園 6-1）

５．専門分野、仕事の内容：

本センター(REC)は、風⼒、潮流、波浪などの再生可能流体エネルギー利⽤に関す る新システム

の提案から技術実証に至るまでの研究開発を総合的に推進しています。本公募では、次世代数値

流体⼒学(CFD)の基盤構築と水槽実験を活⽤した実証研究、およびデジタルツイン技術の研究開

発を推進し、データ駆動科学などの新たな研究領域の開拓に意欲的に取り組める方を公募します。

教授の場合は当該分野を牽引し、准教授の場合は当該分野を新たに開拓頂ける方とします。採⽤

後は、応⽤⼒学研究所の全国共同利⽤・共同研究拠点としての活動を推進するとともに、応⽤⼒

学研究所を中心として全学的体制で設置された洋上風⼒研究教育センター(RECOW)と密に連携

し、RECOWも兼任します。⼤学院教育においては 、九州⼤学⼤学院総合理工 学府の協⼒講座を

担当します。なお、九州⼤学では、新規採⽤教員は原則として採⽤後5年間、英語による授業を担

当することとなっています。

６．応募資格：着任時博士の学位を有すること

７．着任時期：令和 9 年 5 月１日以降の決定後できるだけ早い時期

８．待遇：以下に示す通り

1) 賃金：年棒制（令和 2 年 4 月 1 日導入の年棒制）となります。なお、年棒については、学歴・

職歴等に基づき本学の関係規程により決定します。

2) 就業時間：同意に基づき、専門業務型裁量労働制を適⽤し、1 日 7 時間 45 分働いたものとみ

なします。

3) 休日：土日、祝日、12/29~1/3

4) 加入保険：雇⽤保険、労災保険、健康保険、厚生年金

6) 着任後の研究と教育に関する抱負（2000 字程度）、教授および准教授のうち希望の職も記入す

なお、選考状況により別途書類の提出を求め、面接を行うことがあります。ただし旅費の支給

5．Research Subject:

REC (Renewable Energy Center) comprehensively promotes research and development—ranging

from the proposal of new systems to technical demonstration—related to the utilization of

renewable fluid energy, such as wind, tidal currents, and waves. This call is open to researchers

who are eager to actively engage in the development of foundational technologies for the

utilization of marine renewable energy and to pioneer new research areas by promoting the

establishment of a foundation for next-generation computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and the

research and development of digital twin technologies and data-driven science utilizing tank

experiments. For the position of Professor, the applicants must be capable of leading the field. For

the position of Associate Professor, the applicants must be capable of pioneering new areas within

the field. The applicants are also expected to actively participate in RECOW (Research and

Education Center for Offshore Wind) and in RIAM's inter-university joint research projects. In

terms of education, the successful candidate will be in charge of a cooperative course in the

Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Engineering Sciences, Kyushu University.

6．Qualification requirements: Applicants must have a Ph.D. at the time of appointment.

7．Date of appointment: The earliest possible date after May 1, 2027, following the hiring decision

8．Working conditions:

1) Salary: Annual salary system (introduced on April 1, 2020). The amount of annual salary will be

determined in accordance with the relevant regulations of Kyushu University based on academic

and professional background.

2) Working hours: Based on the agreed-upon discretionary labor system for professional work, it is

regarded that working hours are 7 hours and 45 minutes irrespective of how much time actually

the employee spends on his/her works.

3) Holidays: Every Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays, and other days as specified (e.g.,

New Year's holiday).

4) Insurance: Employment insurance, industrial accident compensation insurance, health

insurance and employees’ pension insurance

principal investigator or a collaborative investigator), and achievements of joint research (if any)

6) Statement on the future research and educational plan (about 1000 words) with indication of

your preferred position among professor and associate professor.
