九州大学工学部融合基礎工学科『九大工学部・九州沖縄９高専連携教育プログラ

ム』 （令和５年度設置） の運用に関する実務と教育を担当し、 同プログラムの推進

機関である高専連携教育推進センターの運営において中心的な役割を果たす方。

高等専門学校の教育システムに詳しく、九州・沖縄地区の９つの高等専門学校と

のコーディネータ業務も担える方。また、同プログラムに関連する（支障のない

範囲での）研究および大学院総合理工学府の大学院教育を担当できる方が望まし

い。

4. 応募資格 博士あるいは Ph. D.の学位を有すること。

5. 着任時期 2027 年 4 月 1 日、もしくは同日以降のできるだけ早い時期

6. 勤務形態 常勤（任期なし）

試用期間あり（3 ヶ月）ただし、国、地方自治体又はこれに準ずる関係機関の職員か

ら引き続き本学の職員となった者については、この期間を短縮し、または設けない

ことがあります。 （本学就業通則第6 条 1 項）

8. 待遇 (1) 賃金：年俸制（令和 2 年 4 月 1 日導入の年俸制）となります。なお、年俸額

については、学歴・職歴に基づき本学の関係規定により決定します。

(2) 就業時間：同意に基づき専門業務型裁量労働制により 7 時間 45 分働いたもの

とみなされます。

(3) 休日：土日、祝日、12/29～1/3

(4) 加入保険：雇用保険、労災保険、健康保険、厚生年金

(3) 業績リスト：査読付き論文、 査読なし論文、 国際会議プロシーディングス、 総

説・解説、著書、特許、招待講演、受賞、その他に分類し、最近の業績から記

載。査読付き論文については、 著者名（論文に記載された順に全員） 、論文名、

雑誌名、巻（号） 、ページ、発行年、Impact Factor を記載し、応募者が筆頭著

者あるいは責任著者の論文にマークすること。

(4) 主要論文別刷り 5 編以内。当該論文を(3)の業績リストにマークすること。

(5) 競争的外部資金獲得（科研費、受託研究等）や共同研究等の実績状況（代表/

分担の区別を明記のこと） 。

(6) 学会および社会における活動等（所属学協会、学協会等での委員歴ならびに

特筆すべき事項等） 。

(7) これまでの教育業績の概要と『九大工学部・九州沖縄９高専連携教育プログ

ラム』に対する今後の抱負（図表を含めて A4 用紙 3 ページ以内） 。

(8) これまでの研究概要（図表を含めて A4 用紙 3 ページ以内）。

Faculty of Engineering Sciences (FES), Kyushu University.

3. Educational and

Research field:

A successful candidate will be responsible for both the administration and educational activities of

the School of Engineering -Kyushu/Okinawa Nine Colleges of Technology (KOSEN)

Collaborative Education Program, established in Department of Interdisciplinary Engineering

(IENG)in FY2023. The candidate is also expected to play a central role in the operation of KU-

KOSEN Networking and Development Center for Higher Education (KONeCtEd), which serves

as the core organization for advancing this program. The candidate should possess a thorough

understanding of the educational system of KOSEN and be capable of serving as a coordinator with

the nine colleges of technology located in the Kyushu and Okinawa regions. In addition, the

candidate is expected to conduct research related to the Program and to contribute to graduate

education in Interdisciplinary Graduate School of EngineeringSciences (IGSES), provided that

these activitiesdo not interfere with the operation of KONeCtEd.

4. Required

qualification:

Those who hold a Doctoral degreein a relevant science or engineering field.

5. Date of appointment: The earliest possible dateon or after April 1, 2027.

6. Term of employment: Full-time position(employed until retirement age).

Probation Period

A probation period of three months applies. However, this period may be shortened or

waived for individuals who are continuously employed by Kyushu University from a

national or local government, or an equivalent public institution, in accordance with Article 6,

Paragraph 1 of the Kyushu University General Regulations of Employment.

7. Work location: Faculty of Engineering Sciences, Kyushu University, which is located in Chikushi Campus:

6-1 Kasuga-koen, Kasuga, Fukuoka816-8580, Japan.

8. Compensation: 1) Salary: The annual salary system, which is introduced on 1st April 2020, will be applied. The

annual salary is determined under the university’s pay scale based on experience, etc.

2) Working hours: Based on the agreement, the employee is considered to work under the

Discretionary Labor System for professional work (7 hours and 45 minutes per day as deemed

working hours).

KU allows the employee to engage in his/her work while leaving it to his/her discretion to

decide the means and the allotment of time for performing the work and regarding them as

having worked for the prescribed number of working hours (7 hours and 45 minutes).

3) Days off: Every Saturday and Sunday, national holidays, and other days as specified

(e.g., New Y ear's holiday).

4) The employee enrolls in: The health insurance, pension insurance, mutual retirement pension

programs of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Mutual Society,

and employment insurance of Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

figures and tables.

7) Activities of academic society and social engagement,academia-industry collaborations and

international collaborations.

8) List of obtained fundssuch as JSPS/MEXT KAKENHIand other contract research, and joint

research achievements, in which the applicant’s role, a principal investigator or a collaborative

investigator, list of invited lectures, prizes and awards, and other significant activities.

provided.
