Research project title: Private Law

Summary: The researcher will be required to conduct scientific research within the GIUR-01/A scientific-disciplinary sector, focusing on the theoretical, systematic and practical aspects of private law institutions. Despite the variety of topics, the research must pay particular attention to the evolution of civil law categories and emerging issues raised by social, economic, technological and regulatory changes within the Italian and European legal systems.

Call description: The researcher's teaching activity will focus on private law and related subjects within the same academic field at the University -- Third mission duties: The researcher will be required to carry out at least one third-mission activity per year, with particular emphasis on participation in outreach events open to citizens, businesses, and institutions in the area

Titolo del progetto di ricerca: Diritto privato

Descrizione sintetica: il ricercatore sarà chiamato a svolgere attività di ricerca scientifica inerente alle tematiche riconducibili al settore scientifico-disciplinare GIUR-01/A, con riguardo allo studio degli istituti privatistici nei loro profili teorici, sistematici e applicativi. L’attività di ricerca – pur nella molteplicità e nella varietà dei temi – dovrà svilupparsi prestando particolare attenzione all’evoluzione delle categorie civilistiche e alle questioni emergenti poste dalle trasformazioni sociali, economiche, tecnologiche e normative dell’ordinamento italo-europeo

Descrizione del bando: L’attività didattica del Ricercatore sarà volta all’insegnamento del diritto privato e delle discipline rientranti nel medesimo settore scientifico nell'Ateneo. - impegno di terza missione: Il Ricercatore dovrà svolgere almeno un’attività di terza missione all’anno, con particolare riguardo alla partecipazione ad eventi divulgativi aperti alla cittadinanza, alle imprese e alle istituzioni presenti sul territorio
