Summary: Within the scope of the relevant scientific-disciplinary sector, research activities will focus on an in-depth study of sports law, with particular regard to its defining themes, such as: the relationship between the sports legal system and the state legal system; issues surrounding the management of sports facilities; anti-doping regulations; various aspects of liability in sports; and sports employment contracts, including in light of the reform introduced by Legislative Decree no. 36 of 28 February 2021 and subsequent amendments.

Titolo del progetto di ricerca: DIRITTO PRIVATO

Descrizione sintetica: Nel contesto della declaratoria del settore scientifico disciplinare di riferimento, le attività di ricerca saranno indirizzate all’approfondimento del diritto sportivo con particolare riguardo alle principali tematiche che tradizionalmente lo connotano quali: i rapporti tra ordinamento sportivo e ordinamento statale, le problematiche sottese alla gestione di un impianto sportivo, la normativa antidoping, i diversi aspetti della responsabilità nello sport, il contratto di lavoro sportivo anche alla luce della riforma del d.lgs. 28 febbraio 2021, n. 36 e sue successive modifiche.
