Titolo del progetto di ricerca: Rif. 5300 - Diritto romano e Fondamenti del diritto europeo
Descrizione sintetica: Le attività che il ricercatore/la ricercatrice dovrà svolgere saranno legate allo sviluppo di un progetto di ricerca dedicato allo studio del diritto romano e dei fondamenti romanistici della tradizione giuridica europea. L’indagine potrà in particolare riguardare i profili storici, teorici e metodologici dell’esperienza giuridica romana, eventualmente anche in una prospettiva di comparazione diacronica e interdisciplinare quale essenziale fondamento di larga parte degli ordinamenti giuridici dell’Europa contemporanea. Dovrà essere condotta con metodo esegetico-casistico e storico-sistematico, proprio del giurista, in funzione della comprensione del patrimonio, di scienza giuridica e di princìpi, che scaturisce dalle testimonianze del Corpus Iuris Civilis giustinianeo e, più in generale, dalle fonti giuridiche del diritto romano (oltre che da quelle letterarie, epigrafiche e papirologiche) e dai successivi accrescimenti di esso nella tradizione derivata.
