About the position

Prosjektet gjennomføres i tett samarbeid med Norges Fotballforbund (NFF) og bygger blant annet på data fra spillere som har vært en del av NFFs nasjonale spillerutviklingsprogram, Landslagsskolen.

Den som ansettes vil ha en sentral rolle i planlegging, koordinering og gjennomføring av prosjektet. Arbeidsoppgavene omfatter blant annet å ferdigstille design og nødvendige godkjenninger, koble eksisterende longitudinelle data fra ungdomsårene til utfall omtrent ti år senere, kartlegge spillernes videre deltakelse, utvikling og prestasjonsnivå, planlegge, gjennomføre og analysere kvantitative og kvalitative studier, og integrere disse innenfor mixed methods-design. Den som ansettes skal også bidra til å etablere og følge opp en kohort av kvinnelige spillere i Landslagsskolen.

Stillingen innebærer tett samarbeid med forskere i SPADE og ROPE, relevante nasjonale og internasjonale forskningsmiljøer, samt NFF. Det forventes at den som ansettes publiserer vitenskapelige artikler, presenterer resultater på konferanser og bidrar til praksisrettet formidling slik at prosjektets funn kan bidra til kunnskaps- og praksisutvikling i klubber, kretser og forbund. Videre skal den som ansettes bidra i søknadsprosesser om ekstern forskningsfinansiering og utvikle en selvstendig forskningsprofil innenfor prosjektets tematiske rammer. Den som ansettes vil få faglig veiledning fra prosjektets mentorgruppe. Dersom det er aktuelt med pliktarbeid i form av undervisning/veiledning legges det også til rette for at kandidaten kan følge kurs i universitetspedagogikk (UniPed). Nødvendige kvalifikasjoner
