Research project title: Ref. 5372, Ann. 1 - Innovative dental materials and procedures for restorative and esthetic dentistry
Summary: The researcher will be expected to conduct research activities focused on the development of innovative resin-based and ceramic materials, as well as on the definition of new digital techniques and workflows in restorative dentistry. In particular, the candidate will investigate adhesive materials, composite resins, resin cements, and ceramic materials, their interactions with dental substrates, and their clinical applications through both in vitro and in vivo research protocols. Teaching activities in the fields of dental materials and restorative dentistry are also expected, together with teaching and research activities consistent with the topics covered by the relevant Scientific Disciplinary Group. The research and teaching activities will be carried out at the Department of Biomedical and Neuromotor Sciences (DIBINEM).

Descrizione sintetica: Il ricercatore dovrà effettuare attività di ricerca rivolta allo sviluppo di materiali resinosi e ceramici innovativi e alla definizione di nuove tecniche e flussi digitali in odontoiatria restaurativa. In particolare, si richiede di approfondire l’analisi dei materiali adesivi, compositi, cementi resinosi e ceramici, le loro interazioni con i substrati dentali e loro applicazioni cliniche mediante protocolli di ricerca in vitro ed in vivo. È prevista attività didattica nell’ambito dei materiali dentari e dell’odontoiatria restaurativa, oltre ad attività didattica e di ricerca congrua con le tematiche del Gruppo Scientifico Disciplinare di afferenza. L’attività si svolgerà presso il DIBINEM.
