The evaluation of the applications shall focus on the draft research project and the professional and personal prerequisites of the applicant for carrying out the research project and the teaching.
The scholarship position is a position of education and has completed research education up to a doctoral degree as a goal. Siktemålet for forskerutdanningen er ph.d.-grad. Alle kliniske stipendiater ved Det medisinske fakultet er forpliktet til å følge doktorgradsprogrammet for graden ph.d. ved Universitetet i Oslo.
