Die hierbei identifizierten Metaboliten und weiteren relevanten Verbindungen sollen strukturell charakterisiert und hinsichtlich ihrer biologischen Funktion untersucht werden.
Das Projekt wird unter anderem in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ZIEL – Institute for Food & Health der Technischen Universität München durchgeführt.
